You need a text editor to edit the name of abilities. If you want to change the effect of abilities, you'll need to learn something about ASM. You should look for a tutorial. I think you can find one in Research & Development.

YAPE or any other PKMN editing tool. But if you're looking for a way to change what abilities do or adding new abilities, then I'm afraid I cannot help you in that department, as that requires extensive ASM knowledge. :/

you can use Chaomega, but you cannot use Gabrieleon, unfortunately. :/
If you want to use Gabrieleon/Nefari, then you'll have to ask permission from Ledah.
