Let me give you an example from my Safari. You can find a Pokémon in my Safari that has the ability No Guard (I won't spoil which one, don't research it and thus be surprised when you find it). If you were to find the same Pokémon in the wild in its original game, it would NEVER have No Guard.

There are exceptions for swarms. At times, one of the five has the hidden ability. For instance, you can find a Starly with Reckless if you try hard enough on Route 11 (or just get lucky).

I can easily breed a 5IV one within a half hour if I dedicate myself to that. Not counting the time to briefly train the one I then inbreed for the 5IV. I think I have 5IV Scyther, however!

Have you finished the game yet and become Champion? Until you do that, no one will get anything other than the Emolga or Stunfisk. The third is unlocked when you become Champion and then see people online as Champion, and they can then go see your third. So finish the game and you'll be able to find out who the third is! (As a note, it can only be Manectric, Luxio, Zebstrika, or Galvantula.) Also, people can get hidden abilities from your Safari once you see them after becoming Champion - and vice versa. :)

Also, I have a Slowpoke breeding pairing and know where to steal King's Rock in the game, so I actually sent a bunch of Slowpoke holding them over WT before. If you don't have that yet (maybe the Scyther too!), I might be able to help. I can then identify your Safari too. :)
