I made a quick encounter doc, its posted in the server.

Give it a Moon Stone to hold at lv35 and then level it up. A crude method of solving a problem caused by having a lv16 Nidoking/queen, earlier than intended.

You don't grind at all with the exp share. Sometimes you overlevel and have to turn it off

I'm pretty sure its in Mt Mortar in the first room when you enter. Might have to navigate further in to get to it.

Would you mind being more specific? The only bans that get handed out are for using cheats. Bug reports are deleted if they are repeats or not in the proper format. I can guarantee you nobody has been banned in the server over anything that isn't bots spamming links, people admitting to using...
