So funny thing, I literally just fixed this. You were right, it was absolutely the GetName TM Macro. My current fix is as follows.
I'm a bit worried about TM names generating properly, but I'm playtesting now. If the fix doesn't work, I'll look to your solution.

Aye. Nearly done, just having a few issues with move names. Adding a few extra moves past 200 isn't an issue it turns out, but the NAMES of the moves end up overlapping with the TM naming script. I'm trying to figure out a way to circumvent it without having to edit most of the naming engine.
