I know that Registeel is in the Electric cave, but when I went to go and catch him after I caught Raikou, it wasn't there. I have all 8 badges. should I beat the elite four and then go back and see if it's there? I've searched through this thread and saw that other people were having this...

how would u be able to catch entei without using a masterball and without a pokemon that uses arena trap? also, will graveler evolve into golem at any level? nevermind to the graveler question. i figured it out. Also, nevermind to the question about Entei. I caught it with a pokeball
