Anyone know how to get froslass in this game? Still haven't got the correct answer. My snorunt is almost level 50 and nothing. No evolution stones are working either

Ralts is in the grass just after dardusk. Right before the bridge on the left, it will take you some time to find one but it's not too hard. Can you tell me how to evolve snorunt to frosslass? I've been asking forever and no one has told me

I don't know if you can necessarily find one, but when you do one of the in game trades the pokemon comes with it. Like spinarak for scyther, scyther will evolve right when u trade for it so it had a metal coat. Can you answer my question?
