    FireRed hack: Pokémon Adventure - Red Chapter NEW BETA + EXPANSION

    Can someone help me to get TM Surf? I was at the Safari Zone(left after that robot pidgey left my sides) and I am able to use Strength outside of battle. If I dive into the water towards the bottem right rock construct (while using itemfinder) the Dragonite won't appear. I play on V11E
