For example, at 0x124F78, in the default game it has 75 F7 2E F9. You insert 00 over those four bytes, essentially replacing them. That goes for all of the offsets you listed - the four two digit bytes at each offset, replace them with 00 in a hex editor.

Super easy fix you can do with a Hex Editor: Go to the offset 909AF5 and replace FD 1B FE with FD 1A FE.

Small request that I haven't seen around: One of the newer features in Gen VI is the add-on to Pokemon in the Undiscovered Egg Group: All members of this egg group will have 3 31 IVs upon being captured or what have you. Would be nice to see someone whip this feature up!
