My apologies if this was asked before but how can I evolve my Pikachu into an Alolan Raichu in v2. 1.0? I tried standing at most seashores with the water splashing but it doesn't work. Does the time affect the evolution because it did not work at night.

Just got HM03. Good game so far. Does anyone know where I can find a chinchou or wingull? Need a water type that I've never used before, although any good suggestions would be appreciated :) Also any suggestions for a flying type would be good. If Honchkrow is available, how do i get one?

The level gaps were fine until you reach the ice type gym city omg! Does anyone know where to grind before the 8th badge? I'm like 10 levels below everyone. Perhaps a lucky egg location if anyone know.
