    It just doesn't activate for me, I tried on my mobile phone using vBag and on PC using VBA 1.8.0 Anyway, I tried using key item modifier gameshark code to get the ticket myself but instead I got airplain orange islands pass. I would be grateful if anyone knows from which item is Ticket modified...

    Waterfall is in Market in DragonBreath City, go to elevator on the left and Red will give it to ya. Not sure about fly, can't remember sry xD EDIT: HM02: Found with Colltrainer in Serenity City. There you go :P
