Ok so i seem to be having a slight problem opening the program. whenever i try to open the progam it gives me "Unable to load ROMS.ini" then it just crashes. Im on windows 8.1 64 bit and Ive tried versions 1.4 and 1.3.

@yoshi$wags yeah itll ake awhile though its not that cry insering takes time its that i had hard drive problems and had to get a new hard drive :P
