I've just done a quick(and i do mean quick) recolour for a new typing for Onix which will now be Ice and Ground type. Due to this it means Steelix will also be getting a type change. Aswell as Mega Steelix as of when I start doing megas.

It will be very difficult(or even impossible) to fit 15 regions into one hack. You may be better off doing 15 islands in one region instead.
