sorry to maybe dissapoint, but according to the 4.0 changelog Mirror Armor was removed in order to make space for some of the new Gen 9 abilities, so its probably not going to return.

Actually, they're talking about Gen 3/4 Sturdy which only worked with OHKO moves instead of being a Focus Sash like in Gen 5 onward. It's basically useless in Gen 3 unless you want to have more battles with OHKO moves.

Night-time itself (the game having a blue tint in the overworld) starts at 8pm, but the ENCOUNTERS for night-time/dusk start at 5pm which is what the trivia person in Oak's Lab is asking. Also, idk how the thing in the second floor of the Pokemon Center happened to you but it's definitely weird...

They can change it to be it's Hidden Ability and then have the mask change the boost it gives. They've done that before with Greninja where Battle Bond was moved to it's second ability rather than it only being on a separate Greninja.

you need to talk to the mudkip kid with a swampert as your follower pokemon to get the swampertite.

Have you tried patching the game from your phone and then copying the patched ROM to your chromebook? That could probably get past the blocked download. All you need is a FireRed 1.0 rom since you can use the patch site that's linked in the first page of this thread.
