like I said have 3 4 moments like this in the game with matches your suppose to lose , have a cool event wheather text, or a director comes out and says cut cut, or mewtwo comes and psybeams you . whatever it is. everybody wins

Just tested this and it isn't limited to New Game +. It seems that when you evolve Pikachu into Raichu, it breaks Vulpix's ability to evolve into Ninetales. If you evolve Vulpix first, it works fine for both, but Pikachu evolving first causes a major bug. Mutating either Pokemon does not seem to...

hypnosis or confuse ray don't work against giovoni. confuse ray suppose to be 100% how am I suppose to beat 5 elite monsters if I cant debuff them.

[ Hm, that's strange. Can you give me more details? Was it a mutated Vulpix? What area did you try it in? Was there any kind of message that appeared on the screen, or did it just... not work? Did you lose the Fire Stone in the process? it was in the beginning, I got vulpix in game corner...
