    Question. Can you evolve trade evoloution pokemon? I leveled a seadra and got lucky with a dragonscale from a Bagon... but alas, you can't trade.. and I wanted a Kingdra. ;-; Also, where can I find the elemental stones? I want an Arcanine as well but Ive own found Thunder/Leaf stone, no fire...
