Well, I started to play pokemon since its first release (when I stole my older bro's Gameboy XD), and if Pokémon keep on going further, I will play no matter what. Even my grandpa plays Pokémon, and he is 65 years old. So, you never are too old to play Pokémon, The maximun age is Arceus's.

As zomgitscathy says, HP depends on Def and Sp. Def. Because you can get a Pokémon with High hp base like Chansey/Blissey/wailord, without the respective Def or Sp. Def, it will die if it is attacked with Physical or Special attacks, from its weakness or a stronger Pokémon.

I don't really bother choosing between anime and manga, but I really enjoy watching the anime. It's like you can feel a closer connection with pokémon, and it feels great. With the manga you can see a story which is closer to the gameplay of each Pokémon version, and those feelings are just...
