    6th Gen Looking Away

    Hello, I recently got a Charmander from GTS, but whenever I order it to attack, it keeps looking away. I have 0 gym badge, and the Charmander is level 11, so it should listen to me, but instead just keeps looking away. How can I get it to listen? Please help
