Desktop- Look to the left. It should be on the side.
Phone- You're having the same problem I had. There is a menu button near the top left and it pops up above the forum when clicked.

You mean where you get multiple notifications from the same person for the same post? That happens whenever someone quotes you and then edits the post. It's not a problem specific to Fundamental, but the notification system in general.

I just hope that someone's been working on that....
