I REALLY NEED a gracia flower! i have a lvl 100 shaymin, but the lady in the pkmn center just says the same thing even when shaymin is in my party, first, and its 9:45 PM{XD}

it's a key item so it can't be traded. if the shaymin is hacked then you can't get flower
