    I'd say Lavender, mostly because of the ghost story, plus in the earlier generations,it was fun to do Lavender Tower,searching for a Cubone :)
    Anyways, in a close second it would be Foretree, it is a city on the trees,it is pretty memorable ... followed by Driftveil, I like the contrast in the city,some parts are like a gigantic airport while some are like normal houses.

    I have to agree on Fortree though. those tree bridges is a unique addition to that city.

    I meant Mistralton, I'm not very good with names,specially names from Unova ...
