n00b question

Hey everyone. I´ve got a question. Everytime I want to play FR there is a message and I have to start a new game. The thing is I want to play a savegame. But it doesn´t work. Pokemon Emerald(Smaragd in german) doesn´t ork. When I start it the VBA turns white and that´s all. Please answer me

Your Emerald is probably corrupt. Get a new ROM from another source. If there's something wrong with your saving, you should check the FAQ thread, it'll help and explains things thoroughly. Check around before posting a whole new topic asking a question that has been answered before, okay?
