So I recently started to dabble in competitive battling, here's my OU team:

    Standard OU Team

Latte (Latios) (M) @ Expert Belt
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 36 Atk / 216 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    Lonely Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Surf
    - Draco Meteor
    - Earthquake

I made this guy last as a standard special attacker, and a cover to all the weaknesses I could find.

    Standard OU Team

    Hitmontree (Breloom) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature
    - Spore
    - Bullet Seed
    - Mach Punch
    - Stone Edge

A hard hitter designed to kill as many Pokemon as possible in its presumably short life.

    Standard OU Team

    Kratos (Scizor) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature
    - Swords Dance
    - Bug Bite
    - Bullet Punch
    - Superpower

Sort of a bulky version of my Breloom, and a physical sweeper if I can set up a Swords Dance or two.

    Standard OU Team

    Humpty (Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
    Calm Nature
    - Softboiled
    - Stealth Rock
    - Flamethrower
    - Toxic

My lead and a toxic staller as well. However, I feel like I should have wish and aromatherapy. What do you think?

    Standard OU Team

    Sheldon (Cloyster) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Skill Link
    EVs: 248 HP / 84 Atk / 176 Def
    Impish Nature
    - Icicle Spear
    - Rapid Spin
    - Rock Blast
    - Hydro Pump

This guy can do lots of damage, especially to Dragons, thanks to Skill Link. A Rapid Spinner as well.

    Standard OU Team

    Houdini (Alakazam) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Magic Guard
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Psychic
    - Focus Blast
    - Signal Beam
    - Shadow Ball

Life Orb + Magic Gaurd works wonders and makes this one a great special sweeper.

How do you think I should change my team? I especially want to look at a possible change to Blissey to more of a utility Pokemon.

The main issue I see on the team is Latios. If you want it to go "mixed", here's your best bet for it:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Draco Meteor
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Be sure to use this Latios to its strengths (the surprise factor and effective late-game cleaning); otherwise, it's essentially an inferior Salamence, Haxorus, Hydreigon or Dragonite; these dragons can pull off Dragon Dance or mixed sets better, making you better off using the standard Special Latios or the aforementioned dragons:

    Latios:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Surf
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Trick
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Surf/Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Surf
    -Recover/Psyshock
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Memento
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Light Clay

    Dragonite:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Fire Punch
    -Earthquake/ExtremeSpeed/Roost
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Multiscale

    or
    -Outrage
    -ExtremeSpeed
    -Earthquake/Superpower
    -Fire Punch/Waterfall
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Multiscale

    or
    -Substitute
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw
    -Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 HP/72 Def/60 SDef/124 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Multiscale

    Haxorus:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Low Kick/Taunt
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Yache Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake/Superpower
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Draco Plate
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    Hydreigon:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Superpower
    -Earthquake/Earth Power/Dark Pulse/Roost
    Nature: Rash/Mild
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt

    or
    -Substitute
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Focus Blast
    -Fire Blast/Roost
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Focus Blast
    -U-turn/Dark Pulse
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs

    Salamence:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Hydro Pump
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 64 Atk/192 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

I'd rather have Low Sweep somewhere on Breloom to slow down faster threats that switch in, probably over Stone Edge or Spore. While Grass/Fighting is resisted by Volcarona, it won't like taking a Spore if Sleep clause isn't active.

Personally,I think Blissey's set is fine, but I don't think that Wish and Aromatherapy should go together because of moveslot constraints. If you give up Protect or Softboiled, then Blissey will have a hard time recovering from Wish itself because it will most likely be taken out before Wish connects. If you give up Seismic Toss or Flamethrower, then it'll become Taunt bait. If you give up Toxic, you'll have a hard time dealing with opposing walls. More below:

Give Cloyster an entry hazard; otherwise, it plays like a worse Starmie, given Cloyster's bad defensive typing:
    -Icicle Spear
    -Rapid Spin
    -Spikes/Toxic Spikes
-Surf (accuracy is more important on defensive sets than offensive ones)/Ice Shard
Nature: Relaxed (with Surf)/Impish (with Ice Shard)
    EVs: 248 HP/84 Atk/176 Def
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Skill Link

With this set, you can leave the entry hazard setting duties to Cloyster and freely replace Blissey's Stealth Rock with Aromatherapy.

I'd rather have Hidden Power Ice or Fire on Alakazam over Signal Beam and Shadow Ball, since both handle opposing Psychics already, and that's redundant; the former HP type is for Dragons and Landorus-T, while the latter is for Ferrothorn, Skarmory, Scizor and Forretress.

Thanks for the advice! I made some changes to my team, some big and some small. I replaced Latios with Hydreigon (it's funny, I had a Hydreigon on the first version of my team but it was suggested that I change it to Latios). I also made some movesest changes, like giving Blissey Aromatherapy.

However, I ended up replacing Cloyster with Starmie and kept Blissey as my lead, as Cloyster seemed to get OHKO'ed all the time.
