[Discussion] Struggling on something

This is sort of linked to my fangame but i still need help with it:

So i have like a bunch of ideas for the nurse joys of sin and virtues (depending on version) and i'm trying to work out a way to describe like their appearance and tone of language in a cohesive way but i'm not sure if i should write it out like a character description or not since i have no idea of how to write it out in detail really.

Any advice would be much helpful.

Typically when I'm trying to figure a character out, I write a simple dot-pointed profile for them and then expand those points out in the actual story as needed.
