There are three things wrong with this
One: She likes to write things out by hand and the note was typed up and printed out.
Two: Sonic has notoriously bad spelling abilities there is no way she could do this with no errors.
Three: She puts things in plain sight like on a door, it almost blended in with all the papers on her desk.
