    Panpour evolves by leveling up in this game. Also, Exp. Share doesn't exist in this game, you get the grind power in Fescue City instead. Which allows your whole team to gain Exp. Points. As for the problem about mega evolution you mentioned, I don't know how it happened, I assume you might have more than one Mega stone or Anti-mega in your bag.
