That's OK :P I completed all of my Pichus with Volt Tackle already. Not too concerned about it.

It learns Wide Guard at Level 25, and nothing to Heart Scale :P that's OK.

I don't think the Tirtouga has egg moves, but that's OK. It's a higher-leveled one than I own I think, so that always helps for theoretical egg moves later.
