I just had an interesting idea to encourage reviews, but it might be one of those things that seem like a good idea in my head but utterly fail when I attempt to put it into practice. Basically, it's like a review chain, where one person posts a link to their story, and the next person has to review it before they can post a link to their story. And so on and so forth.

Again, not even sure if it'll work, considering how the FF&W's just great at reviewing and stuff, but what do you think?

Thanks for that. :3 I've had the closure of the FFL explained to me (surprising at the time, but I understand why it was done), but these threads give me a lot more insight into what has, and will happen.

Thanks Astinus. :3 It means a lot that people care so much about me - I honestly wasn't expecting the warm re-welcome that I got. I'm glad to be back. ^__^

Why, yes, it's a superficial comment. In my defense, it's relevant because it was a very delightful experience trying to find actual reviews, let me tell you.


Ouch. But you'll get through it. Your man'll come back, and even if he's not around the store, I'm sure you two will find time to get together once in awhile. I mean, okay, Ghetto Rite tries to suck up all your free time and all, but they can't take all of it.

I totally vote for encouraging him to surprise you by hanging around when the two of you get off work from your respective locations so you can crash together or something.

Side note, but oh yeah. I still got it. (Seriously, though, I can only wonder what concrit on BZP -- which, hilariously, is also the name of a drug -- is like if what I offered isn't considered as such.)

Also :( to the new store. Well, on the positive side, they neeeeeed you at the old store, right? (I'm just imagining them clinging to your ankles and going, "Please don't go, Astinus! We don't know how to run this place without you!")

Also also, good point about the lack of reviews in F&W. I keep forgetting that people apparently have odd exam periods. On the positive side, Delusions of Originality's got some good reviewing style going on, and Giratina's active (although she just learned the hard way why you don't threaten an author... and why you make sure you're hitting the right button before posting a review response). So, maybe there's hope yet. Maybe.

In the meantime, I accidentally the whole forum fell out of reviewing. Maybe I should get back on that.

Meantimes... I hope you're feeling better, by the way. Is there a specific source for it, or is it one of those things where you can't help but feel that way?

Gah. It had better not wind up getting discontinued. :( It's pretty much my favorite candy bar right now.

If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend looking for a 3 Musketeers Truffle Crisp bar and getting it if you find one because it's... well, it's pleasant. I don't think there's a more fitting way to describe it. It's just a pleasant candy bar.

Dragon Cave, and that's mostly because it's way too overdramatic for that kind of thing. (That and it loads like crap. Like, seriously. Even worse than SPPf in terms of lag.) I ended up getting into GPX+ for one weird reason or another (i.e., it got me through finals), so I figured I'd give PokéFarm a shot since it looked a little like it. Only the green background kinda hurts my eyes, so IDK.

Also, I was this close to actually making a thread in WL that asks people why they need to post their story before it's completed, but then I didn't. I don't know why either.

Moreover, yes to the vets. I mean, Giratina's still around, along with you and me. The others? IDK. Mizan said something about how he's not supposed to be online, so I'm guessing some people just have really weird exam schedules.

Or at least I hope they do. *brandishes fist*

I've gotten my hands on all three of the those Pringles flavors, and my verdict on all three is hell yes. Especially with regards to the Mexican Layered Dip kind.

...There totally needs to be a parody version of that song called "Don't Fear the Wooper".

Typhoon was the flavor I wanted to win. White Out mostly just tasted Fresca-ish to me, and while that's not a taste I mind at all (White Out was my second favorite of the flavors, in fact), Typhoon was just so yummy. ;-;

Oh, you know what else I've found really tasty? Sunkist Solar Fusion. I don't know if it's limited or not, but I hope it's not.

Now every time I see one of those, I'm totally going to hear that song. Wooper or burritos, I mean. Every time I see either of those things, I'll be hearing that. X3

My brain seriously malfunctioned here. Like, seriously. I don't know if this would even be considered flaming, but, um... I'm... it seriously felt like it just imploded in my skull. I honestly don't know what to make of it.

Other than that, I don't know. I was thinking that the entire PMR thing would bring intelligence back into the board and make it a great place to communicate. So far, it's chased away the remotely intelligent kids, leaving the kids who do things like, "I'm still writing this story. Only I'm finished! And I totally use a word processor! Only I don't!" IDK, Asty. IDK.

Also, good luck on the transfer. o.o It's been almost three days. Did they magically remember yet, or should you start loading the can-cannon? *insert rimshot o' bad puns*

About the rule about no posting unfinished fanfic chapters what if my computer crashes and I lose that chapter before I can finish writing it?
