What do you mean none of yours want to work?
Are you getting a .ips or .ups file? These are patch file since PC is not allowed to post actual ROM files.
.ips files are used with Lunar IPS while .ups can be used with NUPS.
These files are only a small copy of all the changes in the ROM, so you will need a copy of the base ROM.
Bottom line is I don't know of a site that distributes actual hacked ROMs, and if I did, I would probably get in trouble with PC.
