Cool hack, but i found one problem with it.
After you finish the team rocket event in the pokemon center if you die before getting to another pokemon center, you get transported to the pokemon center and have to repeat the event.

I've moved it now. :3

Judging by all the evidence from all the words said by the NPCs in the games, it is possible for Silver to be Giovanni's son but he still can hate Team Rocket, can't he? As there is also clear contextual clues in G/S/C that he despises Team Rocket.

Of course if he hates Team Rocket then it is clear why he can't be the leader.

Who leads Team Rocket in G/S/C then? Team Rocket have their Executives (meaning leaders, imagine them like Captains working under a General, though the General is gone the Captains can still function). Say Giovanni is like the 'Founder' of Team Rocket.

So Silver can be Giovanni's son but not the leader of Team Rocket. That should explain why all things seem to point to Silver being Giovanni's son but Silver also hates Team Rocket and wants to wipe them out.

The manga never says he's Giovanni's son, neither does the game, but they both say he has a red headed son, people outside of those suspect it to be silver
