In the 1960's, Mike McGrady felt that the American literary standards were falling. He also believed there was a lack of intelligence or real journalism being done. So, he and other journalists conspired to write a novel that lacked a plot, no character development, no social insight, and no verbal skill. He set out to prove, if his book became a hit, just how pathetic those literary standards are. The book was called "Naked Came the Stranger." The book became a bestseller. I believe the same thing he believed, but more or less directed at the ROM hacking community. xD
