Yeah I guess Poke Miles is like a form of BP. It's just (imo) easier to get. Poke Miles can only be redeemed by one person in X/Y and ORAS (so one person per game [total of two people]). You can get items like Full Restores or Berry Juice when you redeem them and they are earned through a number of ways such as Pokebank or by walking 1000 steps (1 PM = 1000 steps). Because of this it's quite easy to receive them. Basically that was a rough explanation of Poke Miles that I kinda summarized from Bulbapedia.

And it has every single Pokemon available and I'm glad that you can have Pancham as a party member and you automatically get him through the story.
