  • Hey you're the one who's way over there! xD Heh, thanks! I'd really like to visit Australia some day c: Actually there are a loooot of places I'd like to visit! Whiiich places would you like to visit, lady?

I guess so, but I don't receive compliments often, so I get awkward when people compliment me haha.
Not really... I'm actually pretty far away from Australia xD I live in Brazil!

Aw yeah but... Um... I don't think I can counter-argument that. Thank youuuuuuu!
Well, that's a curious situation... wonder if you really were autistic, but recovered.

That's my previous cell phone! But I wasn't really fond of it, and neither was using it, really.

I couldn't agree more. That's why I'm using them as characters for my novels... I've always wanted to make something Pokemon would deserve :P not just a repetitive, cliche standard of a league and 8 badges to go along.

Hehe, we've all wanted to make our own Pokemon game, no?

I see, you've even considered that possibility. I don't know what I'd do if something happened to my hands D: I don't like even thinking about it. And wow, you're ambidextrous... that would help with playing instruments, I guess. My father could use both hands to write... o:
But, is a child with communication problems necessarily autistic?

That's what I was thinking... same goes for religion, sadly.

Ahahaha, that's for sure, but it's not our doing. Smart phones really take the smart out of some people, and although it's their fault for buying anything Apple has to offer them, it's Apple who's making all this stuff. I saw a video with a row of people waiting for their shop to open - the row blocked the streets and the pavements and you couldn't see the end of it... that said, I wouldn't mind myself a smart phone. Not for all the apps and crap, but for the practical side of it: phone, internet and music in one place. I don't have a cell phone, I always like to listen to music, and I always relax when I can check PC for my messages. :D

You're true then, right there! You're not always right, while it's good to accept opinions and mold your own through them. PC has taught me this lesson, that's why I've stayed for so long. Not to mention I still love Pokemon after all these years... no, not the games, the Pokemon themselves. The games have lost their magic for me.

Oh? What have you done? I usually inserted tiles of my choice (or creation) into the ROM and made maps with them. If you want me to show you anything, I can try searching... :D

Well, if you've set your sights on music, I don't see why you would fail unless you're utterly untalented. As for your sister... does she get jealous of you?
    D'aww but you're nicer!

Hmm! I've looked them up, they're actually indeed pretty good! I don't know there's anything else to say xD I'm in that rather non-talkative mode. Well, you're from Australia aren't you?

I guess I'm just normal in regards to awesomeness levels. Your levels, though, are on top of the charts!
Did they take you to a doctor? o:

Half of the names I see are of greek origin, really, and most people don't even know it. xD

Yes, exactly, I picked up my own name. I always found it weird how we can't pick our own names. But the fact remains, we just can't. :P

Oh, I couldn't agree more... the people make the world, so why not change the people instead of the world? I look at the next generation, whenever my mom tells me it will change the world and such, and all I see is zombies looking at their smart phones. And I laugh.

Oh, you've no idea how glad I am to hear that... once, I wouldn't take criticism too well, because, I was naive and thought what I made was perfect, don't we all go through this stage? I know I did, and it caused me much trouble here in Pokecommunity, as my english weren't so good and I was a common noob, truth be told. I did ROM Hacking half of my years in this forum, do you know anything about it?

I'd do precisely what I wanted to do, if I were you, lady. I would not think of my siblings twice. Trust me, there is no room for anybody else in your personal life (what you do for a living, where you live, and such) besides you, not even your family should have a say in that. I'd advise not to account your sister when thinking about art, and don't ever hold yourself back at anything...! If you bluntly prefer music over art, then that's okay! :P
Fear not, lady, I always treat youngsters with proper respect!

Hmm... and they testified this as autism? And wow, props to you for this decision... it would take a lot of courage and thought, I reckon. You found yourself through music, you say. Isn't that wonderful? I had known art can be pestering you sometimes, when you want to create something but you can't, and you feel relief once it is done. But, it seems to me that art has healed you, let's say. That's... awesome. I feel my convictions about art have been justified! :D

To some people, in its own way, yeah, but things I have given up for vain, I feel nothing about, really. Don't judge me, but for me it gets hard giving cares (not using a more blunt word here) about that beyond some point. It might sound cruel... but I've learned to push sadness away from me.

Helena! That's a splendid name there. Did you know it is of greek origin? Yes, of course it is.

"he-le-na\ as a girl's name is a variant of Eleanor (Greek) and Helen (Greek), and the meaning of Helena is "sun ray, shining light"."

As for my name, Ray Maverick... you never got a chance to name yourself, did you? Well I took the liberty of naming myself. Essentially, because of that, Ray Maverick is my real name, as I'd like to say. My birth name is Phoebus, (Phoebe being a girl's name in the english language) which was the second name of Apollo, the ancient greek god of light and the sun, truth, healing, music, poetry and the such. I chose 'Ray' from the phrase 'ray of sun's light', which also happens to be in your name as well. As for Maverick, it has the meaning of the conformist. He who likes to hold his own ideas for the world, yet away from it so they remain unaffected; also, I am against revolution and all this 'changing the world' thing, as it seems utterly pointless and fictional to me. I admire the courage of some people claiming they will change the world and such, but I still keep my views. I don't see me belonging to any other system than my own, though, so I really don't mind whatever happens outside that. I'm not sure if you follow..

in another matter, I see you called me 'mate', and I recalled this joke saying 'Australians don't have sex. They mate!' And it made me laugh although I'm not racist. xD

Please, take your time and read it carefully. Then, tell me what you think, with honest words. I'd love to hear your opinion. I wrote a whole book by receiving only one opinion from one of my friends, and that didn't change things much... I feel like I tread on rotten ice, writing like that as I please without correcting myself every now and then. Sometimes, I get the feeling that what I've written is dull and boring, but I would never know if I haven't heard what others have to say about it.

Ah, you're too kind. (: I had a look through your gallery... I see the artistic vein in your hand, these drawings definitely have it carved on them. If you were to practice more, I am sure you would make a wonderful artist. Your profile's the proof I need of you being awesome :P
yes, it does seem quite jarring, expesually when I got done watching 5 or 6 serials later in his run as The Doctor, I went to one of the first serials to be done after his regeneration, it's almost like a different doctor!
    Heh, you're so nice!

Hm... Human Nature? Lots of songs with that name, but I don't recall listening to a band with that name... I'll take a look at it!

Aw but I'm not awesome like you!
Cool, I'll check out your page soon.

Ha-ha! You should listen to your elders. (teasing, am I doing it right?!)

Wow, slight autism... how were you feeling? I mean, what was it like? Pardon my prying, but it's most curious. They say some autistic children are truly geniuses inside. How did you find yourself? When did it happen?

That's exactly what's happening, yeah, they just don't want to be happy, and I can't do anything about it...

But alot of things we want are left unsaid. :D Right, miss... your name?

I usually listen to music with whatever I am doing (even in school, sometimes.)

Ah, you took a wider look on the subject, and your view of what the helicopters represent seems valid. I took a look on the more personal stage of the children's character.

So did you read the chapters I sent you? The thing I enjoy most is character interaction. It entertains me so to have two completely different characters share a talk.

By the way, I found one of my drawings; it's Shango and his, well, girlfriend, Claire, when they were too young. At that point, he was looking at her arrogantly, savoring his mighty conquest. ;)

    Spoiler:
You do draw! Show me your drawings, then, and I'll show you mine. And that's unfortunate, really. Is she forcing the lights off, or do you do it out of courtesy?

17, like you, my birthday is on September 24. You were correct :D

Like one of my characters in my fic, I can keep up whole conversations with myself... I never get bored, that's the prop of it, and I get to develop my ideas and thoughts with a worthy conversation partner that's available at all times... :B

Indeed, it is sad. I've been friends with sad people, because I understand and realize their misery - I was like them, one day, till I found myself. The tragedy of my life has led me to think that it's all a joke, somehow... wise lyrics of a song called 'Dead' say, "if life ain't a joke, why are we laughing?" I'd hoped to bring some laughter in sad people's lives, but I seem to be unable...

Meters and kilometers; 6 feet is about 2 meters.

Be careful what you're asking for, lady... :P

With everyone different in this world, there's a different perception. I can understand different things from the person next to me watching the same video. But I will tell you what I get from the song, or rather, the video from the song. The first words they say are "Summer don't know me no more", while showing a child. What is summer to a child? It's the best season, because they are free from school, they get to do things they like and they play outside; in other words, summer is a paradise for children. The video shows the perfect world, above the clouds. Then, the helicopters come - what do you think they represent? Perhaps the law. School, or whatever is forceful to a child's life, ruining their paradise and bringing it down to the earth, where the rest of the world is. It's sad, because it's happening in life, from what I see.
Aw thank you so much! It's really hard to see people here that like the same bands/songs/styles that I do, it's really nice to meet you!

So! Great albums there! I'm personally a HUUUUGE Dire Straits fan so I have all of their CDs! And even some of Mark Knopfler solo CDs too, except for Privateering =P You should try and get Alchemy because sadly Brothers in Arms doesn't have Sultans of Swing... What other bands are you into?

I actually didn't know you liked those bands so now you're even a greater and cooler person c:
By the way, I'm Gabriel, but you can call me whatever you want, really!
Past 11? I wrote these chapters past 4! ... when the creative ache gets you, there's no time for sleep.

How old would you think I am? I'm curious...

Awkward, yeah. You see, people are used to work in teams, yet they're still competitive. That's how they're taught... that's why trust is so hard to earn, even harder with respect. And so, true friendship has become rare. When you are competitive with others, you are distant, like these girls you introduced yourself to. I'm not complaining... I'd rather keep myself company. When you are friends with yourself, you'll never be alone. :D

Damn! 6 feet! Wow. xD I'm around... five and a half, I think. Measuring units work differently here in Europe. And when I said being picked on, I was never really being picked on. I'm typically friendly with any of my peers. They don't mock me, and I don't mock them, but friendly teasing goes along the way.

Check out this song, by the way. It gets me thinking.
Yes, quite. Although he doesn't start off that way. The 4th Doctor kinda evolves into his character after a little while. At first he is actually quite grumpy and stern.
It does?! I thought it sounded pretty cliche to me... ahaha. Cliche or no, that's the story I've devoted myself into writing. I like it! I'll be sending you the prologue and the chapters right away, just bear in mind that they're not fixed yet, so grammatical errors are possible to be encountered! English isn't even my first language, so you will have to excuse me.

I look young for my age... everybody picks on me for being small, but I tell them I look smarter among all them older people. :D I'd never conceal my age, though. What's the point, anyway? Would you conceal your age?

You seem like a nice person, too, by the way. It's getting more and more difficult to find a nice person these days, don't you think?
Yeah, I can really relate to that. The Doctor has been through quite the number of companions. I guess I never did answer your first question. My Favourite Doctor is the Third Doctor, Although I really like them all quite alot. I still haven't seen any Sixth Doctor Tales, but I heard he's fairly unpopular.
My books are called Tales of the Hashashin. The Hashashin is the order of assassins in a world that is solely inhabited by Pokemon; they have vowed to keep peace and stability over the regions by eliminating the war friendly lords and monarchs or other people in power. But their most sacred duty is to keep the secret of the darkstars safe amongst only their ranks. The darkstars are black gems, each with different abilities and powers that are not accessible to all kinds of Pokemon. These gems were hidden all around the world by the Phantom Dancer, the first and foremost Pokemon that represented the cause of the Hashashin during the Age of Heroes. Well... the figure of the Phantom Dancer took rise in the first of my books once again, millenniums after the original one, with the same cause: find, locate and secure the darkstars while having to cleanse the brotherhood of the Hashashin from corruption.

I have already finished that book, but I'm not so very proud of it... I was still learning the ways of writing while getting used to the main character. The second book I'm writing right now, is taking place five years after the cleansing of the Hashashin. Shango, the main character and proclaimed Phantom Dancer, is summoned by an old ally of his, the notorious pirate leader Tylor Grubas, who informed him of the rumors of a gem resembling a darkstar in his country, the Republic of Nautactus. Basically, this second book is full of pirates, and it's relatively a new start; which means you don't have to read the first book, to understand it. The past is the past, and it doesn't affect the future of this book much. I could send you the prologue and first chapters of the book, if you'd like, I could really use some constructive criticism.

Aw, he's not too old. My mother is exactly fifty now, I think... she's always done well in concealing her age.

You'll do well in that, then.
I was in a joking mood when I said that or the above. Nobody hates or will hate me. No dead bodies hated anybody. :D
Well, Actually, as far as NuWho goes, I'm pretty tight with all three of the Doctors. I change my mind alot on which one of the three I actually favor. I understand what your saying about the Amy/Rory/Doctor thing, however, I usually didn't dislike it, I think Season 7 Part 1 wore on me a bit, but I think that was just a few bad episodes and writing then in the characters themselves. Rory is a beast though! Probably my favourite Moffet Era character. It could of been River, but they played the River card just one too many times for my book. For the record though, Jack Harkness is my favourite NuWho companion. Romana and K9 are truly my favourites, but having not seen any classic series, I guess you can't relate. Do you own Netflix or Amazon Instant Video?, both have a few of the classic series episodes available.
I see, I see. Well at least you are busy with what you like doing! That's a big win in life, really, from how I see it. I, for one, use my free time to write books. I've already written one, around four hundred pages, and the second one is underway!

Hmm.. how old is he, exactly? And, do you like your new place? :D

Ahaha, that's what they all say, until they get to know me better and start hating on Greece. :P
