I never played them.

To be honest, they don't really look that good to me. Not really a fan of top-down, especially for those type of games.

I did play Chinatown Wars on IOS though. Closest to it.

In first person, I find the controls are very floaty. If you could see the character, he'd be pointing and contorting all over the place. Bodies don't even move that way.

So yeah, I don't even really understand the preference. It seems less realistic and far more cumbersome.

Speaking of GTA; for V, on PC and PS4, you can actually even play the whole game in first person. Have you ever tried that?

I don't like the controls of first person; I've always generally just enjoyed third person games more, especially shooters.

Only Bioshock Infinite, and I'm sure mostly because of its story and the Skyhook, was the only reason I loved it so much.

Also, the FPS genre, how it's all multiplayer and how big of a losers the general demographic is... yeah, didn't help.

Honestly, I say find yourself a nice box and stay there. Find channels you like and don't delve past that and you won't hear about any of the toxic drama that goes on there.

It works for me, and aaah, so nice too. :)

Popular Youtube is garbage, but so long as you watch what YOU like, I like it a lot, haha.

But I hadn't been back to any for over 10 years until about last year, just because they had lost their appeal or I was choosing the wrong ones.
Then I found that with the right ones, they're not only fun, but the best places to meet like minded people.

Those ones that are right are pretty hard to find though. At least for me.

No, I despise that gaming has become purely digital. Especially PC.

I use Steam only because a few games require it. Otherwise I would never touch it.

And sorry, I'm not interested in playing a multi-player FPS. That is my least favorite genre of game.
