Yep, I understand. For now that will do. But can you change it to make it a little more complicated once you have the rom?

what do you think? if i had the rom, i could add applymovements and make the script more complicated, but this is probably the best i can do without the map.

you know that could be cool. the professor could be kinda like a double agent then. He could tell solomen to do something, but it'd be time-wasting and unproductive.

I thought a twist to the story was a good idea. Lol
So professor leaves team solar and joins team lunar. And helps luster with the shadow pokemon plan.

I'm thinking that Luster has a plan which Makes the world love him. And makes out that making night forever is a good thing somehow. And everyone starts agreeing with him. Then He comes to the second town at the same time that solomen enters, and sees luster speaking with the professor. He overhears what they were saying. "How is everything going?" asked luster, "All according to plan."

The structure for the Pokedex is different in Emerald. Jambo51 has said in the past that it most likely would take a lot more than offsets.

Porting things is tough. A lot of times, you can just search for the same bytes at that offset in the other rom in a hex editor. Other times, you need to find a good starting point, like a table that you know in both roms, and work backwards through pointers. There is no set way to do this. You have to be creative.

I'm actually digging this, because shadow pokemon could also be something genetical. That seems much better! Maybe you want to help the team with storyline aswell? You are naturally good at it xD

Also, in the story luster changes the earth to internal darkness. To do this he makes a mega stone for Lunatone. Another part of his plan is to create shadow pokemon. He got this idea from team cipher by reading books about other regions pasts in this case the orre region. The shadow pokemon are in need to be purified by a stone, and are not afraid to attack humans. Just like in the games- Pokemon XD and Pokemon colosseum.
