Oh, and sorry! Also, Lucario learns Bone Rush at level 19, and people can usuall get it to evolve by level 16 to 18. Also, with this Riolu, he's been with Jason for long time so they know each other really well. Ah, I feel like I'm begging now and its unfair to you, but if improve on showing how much that little jokster is actually happy, could he evolve before hand, or at least get those moves he couldn't ordinarily get as he levels up?

I'm sorry, but I think you're mixed up with Aqua Ring. That provides health while Aqua tail stikes the foe with a watery tail. Just look on Serebii or find someone doing that in a battle on Wii or on Diamond or Pearl.
