Since there is no stat boosting move in the set you need all the power you can get from the moves Fire Blast sure has it (120 base power) over a much weaker Fire Fang (55 base power).

Yeah, thats why SD Yache is so beast, because its what made him uber, but ScarfChomp, omg, I can't believe you haven't heard, ScarfChomp makes Garchomp a speedy, bulky, and powerful sweeper, imagine a Garchomp that could Outrage or Earthquake before you could do anything to prevent or weaken the attack? Thats what ScarfChomp is like. The set is as follows:

Garchomp @ Choice Specs
Adamant/Jolly (adamant if you want chomp more powerful, jolly if you want him even faster)
252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
-Outrage
-Fire Blast
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake.

No stat boosting moves needed, its just an all out offensive set.

SD Yache Chomp and ScarfChomp are pure beast. :D
