I see what you mean. I think it depends on the character that has the most votes AnD has a realistic chance of getting in the game. I guess it wouldn't be considered fair to favour a character with less votes just because the move set is already there.

Luckily the driver braked for a bit, so I wasn't hit at high speed. Additionally, my huge backpack cushioned the fall for the biggest part. I was unconscious for about ten minutes I think and it feels really weird for a moment when you wake up. I think I only stayed home for one day and got back in my normal school schedule thereafter. I was pretty lucky.

Ice Cream Jab is obviously an ice type move that has a 30% chance of badly poisoning the target. But although grass is weak against poison, it doesn't hurt more than any other Pokémon.
