Hello! :) I've had another look at your SU - I'd suggest you fluff up that history a bit more (some of the 'appearance') info would be more relevent there, as well, and I'm still uncertain on that power ;-;.

I see, from what I can tell it's a bit of an OP anime-style power (cus it looks pretty :P) so it will need refining - I know you said she has to use suitable materials, and whilst that's a good limit it is really limiting to only be able to make small crystals.

Perhaps pick the subgroups, mentioned there, of crystal growth and crystal kinesis? Meaning she can still make crystals, etc., and manipulate them in terms of movement but there's none of this:
