So the question is: Do you have to wait 24 hours without touching the Migration menu? (Not changing time after migration menu, only standard migration menu)

But I got a problem, this video doesn't answer it... I used the infinite migration glitch before, but I reverted the time again to the real day it was, meaning that in the game, I went back in time, so the glitch and the normal migration aren't working... it's been more than 40 hours now, and I still can't migrate...

I don't have a good team yet... I'm waiting to migrate dittos for breeding, but I got a problem in the migration thing, and I also have questions, ok, so here's what happened: I changed date to make the glitch to migrate lots of pokemon to complete pokedex, but it's been like 5 days, so to try to fix everything, I changed date... hoping it would work, I clicked the button "Yes" of the migrate from Emerald menu, so here goes the question: If you press "yes" before the 24 hours pass for migration, does that 24 hour counter reset and begin a new count? If yes, I have to wait 24 more hours without touching it... if not, I have a more serious problem, because 26 hours have passed since I changed date... please respond my question if you know it...
