Glad to hear! As I said, I am no longer working on the binary hack version (I switched to the disassembly), so for posterity sake, I decided to release the unfinished binary hack. You can find the patch in the first post

My progress on this hack comes in waves. I've picked up again lately, but it will still be a very long time until it is playable. The GitHub is public, so you can keep up with it there, but I am focusing on improving the game engine first before working on the story.

where do you see that? thanks! For an update: I've compiled all of my notes for the version of the game that I was working on before switching over to the disassembly. I should have immediately converted everything to the disassembly... but I didn't. So right now that's what I'm doing...

I appreciate the comments. I want to spend some free time tomorrow compiling all of my work (I have a lot of different versions, side projects, notes, plans, etc) This way I can get a clear picture of where I left everything off if I decide to jump back on it or to release it where it stands.

I found ripped versions of cries from future generations...I don't recall which ones in particular. I will try to record how some of them sound this week; I haven't done anything for the game itself in a while. Still working on GlitchMap, though I again had more distractions. Thanks!

I've been adding in the new Pokemon cries. It took longer than expected because I had to rearrange the entire audio system, but it works. For Gen 2 Pokemon, I just copied the cries directly from Crystal since the audio system is close enough. I still have to fine tune them since the audio...

That's pretty cool, good find. But you are right about the low quality. It might be a good replacement for the Pokemon cries, at least. The originals always seemed off for me anyway...
