In my opinion, it'd be male combee. Really, it's a bug and flying type, a fairly bad type defensively, plus it cannot evolve. I mean, it can use Eviolite, but it's mostly useless. Female Combee, on the other hand, can evolve into a pretty useful pokemon, so not all is bad.

I'd say Escavalier. He has the superior attack and defenses of the two, and he's a monster in trick room. Plus, Bug and Steel is one of the best type combinations out there.
