Well, what would your character do when confronted with a floating head watching him while he slept? XD

Does he know Ghost Pokemon are immune? Would he fire off a preemptive shot in case it was a "Walker"? Or would he investigate this Ghost Pokemon who clearly has something it wants from him? Would he bother helping it either way? Does he think there's safety in numbers or that he should help those less capable of helping themselves or does he think anybody else would just drag him down and ultimately get him killed?

It all depends on the direction you take his character. So just do whatever you think your character would do. :)

It's disappointing to see that other roleplayers are affecting your enjoyment of Fallout, but I can understand your dilemma with how difficult it would be to stay in. Yellow and I (among others) will still welcome you back with open arms if you ever want to join in again — hopefully after the issue is taken care of.

I wouldn't give a direct limit but, adults can conjure large monstrosities (masters can do much more, but being a master takes years and years, impossible for a teenager to become one even if a prodigy) with full focus, the one you have now would probably be the extent of your character while not making him useless.

What are the limitations to my conjurations?

So the way I see it is
-If you are summoning something you create, there is not much energy left for you to do big spells
-Summoning is the main ability of shadow witches
-Common spells include: Minor cleaning and basic stuff similar to it, very weak telekinetic powers and energy balls.
-Shadow witches specificly have: Shadow balls, minor invisibility, summoning, conjuring (summon: already exists/ Conjuring: Make your own) and preventing light in a room (make a room dark, won't work outside, the sun is too strong and so is the moon)
