Anyway, so I'm unaware if you know, but what you first need to do is to get a clean Ruby ROM. Then, you download the IPS patch file of the hack. To patch the Ruby ROM with the IPS file, download a tool called "Lunar IPS", or "LIPS". It can be found in the tools section at wahackpokemon.com
The Light Platinum Thread addresses pretty much any problem you could have in getting started with the hack, so be sure to read the first post as well as Snakebyte's posts in the recent pages of the thread.
Regarding putting it on your phone... First, you should patch the ROM and make sure it's working on your PC. (If you cannot, you should read Light Platinum's most recent pages to see what you need to do).
Once you have a patched, functioning Light Platinum ROM, I'd copy/paste it over to your phone (assuming you have a means of plugging your phones memory card to your PC via USB cable or something else). Anyway, if you have further problems in getting a hack to work on your phone, I suggest you use the Emulation Simple Questions thread, as linked above, as opposed to posting it in Light Platinum's thread.
