Well, contracts are supposed to protect both parties; not the current corrupted culture we're seeing. XD It's really nice to see that your place is improving in that aspect. <3 #Jealous Sounds like you landed yourself in a no good gym, try to be careful next time!

Btw is there a way to get kicked out of the gym permanently? XD Sounds absurd, but hey if you don't hafta pay then it's all good. XD

Oh my, that's terrible. Let's see 'move 25 miles away from any of their facilities' sounds like the easiest, but you will need documents like the proof of address! So far, your only hope is the doctor as you said. Either route you take, they'll be investigating it. So let's hope your doctor's able to help you, like come up with something legit and real. As for the binding contracts culture, they aren't going to change sooner. Why? Business related contracts are made to protect the companies, that's how they make moneys from people. ;)

I'm not sure about your contract and how stuff works over there. But here, you hafta pay until the contract ends, in other words the payment agreement still applies even if you freeze the lessons. Otherwise you could be sued and demanded for the breach of contract.

I'm really hoping that isn't the case with you, or you have to suck it up and pay. Hopefully it's nothing sticky!
