If it's got Regenerator, that's an amazing ability- restoring HP when switched out of battle. And it's got good defense, so if you equip it with the Rocky Helmet, it damages the opponent by a significant amount when they use a physical attack. Also, it learns Heal Pulse at level 35, which you can use when training Pokemon by double battling. And it can learn Surf.
