Take a screenshot of the trainer you're referring to. Because I'm looking at the code, and there is NOT a trainer battle coded there.

So I encountered a seriousish issue, which I believe I've solved, but as a consequence I'm playing from the beginning of the game again. If by the 'camper on route 402' you mean the guy standing in front of the bridge? He's not a trainer. He just looks like one. I imagine that's the case for the sailor you're talking about as well, but I'll tell you when I get there.

Tell SP that I'm not on either side because as I was already claiming I don't see this as a competition and I won't do anything that would make me sided because that would only make me as the one that sees this as a competitition. That's why I have all the reasons to cheer for Snakebyte since his version represents most my vision of translated LP.
That's all.

All I can say is I'll let you know when I get that far.

I didn't encounter any issues with trainers not fighting me, or if I have, I've fixed them. If they're still present once I release the translation, let me know and I'll fix them. I won't be changing trainers' Pokemon.

I'm working fairly fast, I've got good help, and I stepped up because Wesley and the fans don't deserve the drama that SP brought to the table. It makes my face hurt. it's entirely your call if you find SP's additions more attractive, but I'm of the opinion that he's changing things that it's not his right to change, and of the opinion, through obviously secondhand information as I've not played his rom, that he's added bugs rather than fixing them.

Have I managed to get that across without being too offensive? :P The drama in the thread is just getting a little ridiculous. SP keeps trying to put all the attention on him and me, it should be on Wesley. I'd just like to keep the thread about the game.

As for your decapitalization patch... I'm keeping the capitals in mine to distance it from SP's version. If you want to do that once I release it, I would kind of be a dick to say no as it's not really my work in the first place and you apparently have Wesley's permission, but like Tcoppy said in the thread, the amount of patches and things are getting ridiculous, man. Do capitals bother you that much? =/

And yes. WARPED is awesome. It's one of the reasons I made an account here. I played Septo Conquest, and while it was poorly done and buggy, it was also a total blast to play. I think I ended it with like a level 90 Hypno or something. xD

Okay, but all I gotta say is, make smart choices, for examle with the whole you and fireworks conflict, be more nicer and more supporting and don't unfriend anyone that has a different opinion, it's like judgeing black people or others for example, don't unfriend them cause they're different or they have different tastes

Why are you on SP's side constantly, I mean, he was being a total jerk to all light platinum fans and only wanted to hack light platinum for fame and you still trust this guy and stand by him?

The only reason people like Flora Sky is because it is complete. There are not many complete hacks, so because it is, so many people play it and enjoy it.
However, you cannot deny that it is a horrible hack. Look at the maps. Very empty and full of tile errors. The scripts are poorly done, they have many errors and a lot of them seem to have been done in two minutes. The tiles are flat and eye burning. The sprites...most of them are stolen. I know this because I know some of the spriters, and I searched for some of the sprites on deviantart, and they are private. Yet Sky used them. Now, if my hack was complete (which it will be), I can honestly say, even with my extremely low self-esteem, that it would be better. And why? There are several reasons:

My maps are not too empty, have as little tile errors as possibly, and are made by good mappers (me, Dr Fuji and a few people from DA have contributed at least one map to my hack).

I take the time to make sure all my scripts are as good as they can be. I test them all out on a ROM, find what changes need to be made and then port them over to another ROM. I nearly always check for grammar (sometimes I forget if it's just a small message box script), and I write everything out on a .doc file so I know what I'm doing.

I use sprites only if I have permission to use them, they belong to GameFreak or I made them myself. I have never stolen a sprite in my life and don't ever plan to. I instead learnt to sprite myself, from looking at tutorials and the official sprites.

I put thought into what I do. Like I said, I type everything into a .doc file, I plan everything out, I even go as far as making drawings and such to give myself a clearer reference of what I need to do. Sometimes I go back and edit all of these. I even look at other hacks and get a ton of inspiration from them. Take my bootscreen (which I have yet t show because inserting bootscreens in Ruby is harder than FireRed). I looked at Pokepal17's bootscreen and got ideas from that.

And most importantly, I take hacking seriously. I don't rush, and make a very bad hack that could have been completed by now. Quality over quantity. There's no point in putting so much effort into a hack that isn't going to be good.

So I hope you'll read this and actually listen, instead of mindlessly coming on my profile with the intention of trolling me. And do you know why I don't like your profile? Because I can't read a single thing. I have to click go advanced every time, which is why I don't reply to so many of your VMs, because you just make it harder for me. At least make it a different colour from your default font. I mean post something on your profile, and try to read it. Yeah, that's exactly what I mean.
Please, do not delete this. I think you are being extremely immature deleting me from your friends list and insulting me over nothing but my opinion. It's a forum. If I didn't have an opinion there'd be no point in me being here at all.

And don't just delete my VMs like that, you're ungrateful and immature..

Also Flora Sky is a good ROM Hack it's one of my favorites alongside Azure Horizons and WARPED.
