  • Righto, no worries.

Never heard of it, but have you ever seen Peter Pan (2003)? I grew up with it, and it's pretty great. The special effects didn't age too well, but it follows the book by millimetres and Jason Isaacs as Hook is like... brilliant. Dustin Hoffman slayed it too, yeah, but c'mon! This one has Richard Briers as Smee!
Nah, all cats are rubbish. Well, nearly all of them. But pigs are great - they can play computer games with their mind and lean against your leg. Sounds like the best companion someone can have.

    Bloody plots, right?
Oooh, Babe, as in little pig Babe with Farmer Hoggett and the horrible cat? I flipping grew up with that movie. It kick-started my bewitchment of carrying a tiny piglet toy everywhere. Weird days. It's an excellent film, though.

Errr, I'm waiting for pancakes and scouring for character templates. Going to get kicked off though, which is rubbish. But a good day in all. No complaints.
When I first came on today, it wasn't working but about two minutes in and whoosh! Back to normal. But you do feel a bit dazed and bored without it, huh. 'Cept no one is ever online right about now. Sigh, sigh, sigh.

    So wassup?
Speaking of which, I really need more books. The whole Artemis Fowl series! That'd make for a brilliant week.

So what's up, besides reading and all that?
Brilliant! So is it the novelisation of the movie, then? 'Cause that sounds pretty darn interesting.

It makes him even more lovable and fascinating, doesn't it? I want to see plenty more characters like him on the screen and in books! And it'd be awesome to play him.
Nice little read. Keep it up! But where are the Jim Henson puppet demons...? They'll be in Chapter 2, I suppose.

Just finished rewatching Peter Pan (2003) and it is such a brilliant movie. Sure, the special effects are ancient and all, but it's still so enjoyable. And Jason Isaac makes an excellent Hook. So I recommend it! And then there's the book...

Some of it gets pretty hard to understand, but it's such a beautiful story. You don't have to read it or anything though, lol. Just keep it in mind.
Best part of writing any story are the little details that you're proud of, right? Writing is such a wonderful thing because it's not at all about instant gratification - you gotta work at it, and even then it's the small details that bring the most enjoyment.

I'm going to try and do a low technology, Eragon-esque story but I'm still as dry as banana that's been left in the Sahara... okay, so writing isn't that brilliant when you just can't sum up the energy and ideas to do it.
Wattpad doesn't work for me. No account, sadly. I've got a no-join policy for like, everything. Monogamous forum user.

Oooh, but what mystery? The vampirey one?

Nowadays it's tweens for me, teens, early 20s, 30s, late 30s and maybe a big old 50 if they're not all wrinkly about it.
Gary Oldman trebles my anxiety so I had to give him up, lmao. Tom Holland is immensely soothing though, as well as Eddie Redmayne. It's strange how some people have that effect, huh?

My protagonists are getting younger and younger lately, but it's always brilliant to shake it up with an age change. My oldest was probably... 48? He's not a wrinkly, though. Merely crinkled at the eyes. Some people age so gracefully. It all boils down to cheek bones, really.
Ack, those dreams...! They're so depressing sometimes, or at least they are when you wake up. So complete sympathy, and it's always cool to have a hero of some sort. As long as it's positive, good for ye.

Ooh! Make it Jim Henson-y! You know the guy who made The Dark Crystal and The Labyrinth? Well, that touch of weirdness could really infuse a vampire story with a essential touch of pizzazz.
I used to get devastatingly attracted to married people, but nowadays it's like it's its own barrier. A holy barrier that none shall cross, even in mind. It's also patrolled by a Gandalf-esque druid who says 'begone, foul interloper!' And yes, my imagination is on overdrive today.

But hey, two year age difference! That's not shabby! Mine are usually vast chasms.
Watched Peter Pan until five am last night and it's kicked up all of my childhood adoration for it. Thinking about Neverland - now that's where true happiness is.

And I'm not going to plagiarise, annoyingly, nor will I make a fanfiction. It's too precious for that.
Same here. I don't actually construct plots or solid content, either, so that's awkward. But you just got to wait out the dry spells. Watching movies and playing games certainly help, though I suspect it's an individual thing.
It's ruddy difficult getting the right information online, huh? I tried to find out some magic stuff too but nope, no dice. I hope it works out, though.

... I'm still completely clapped-out inspiration wise. Still got an urge to use an android but they're so soft-science-y!
I did it! I bloody did it! No thirty people though. Tiny room. Tiny audience. And I sucked, but it was a great first-step and got a decent enough reception. They clapped and I escaped unlynched so that's always a good sign. But yeah! Thanks for that shiny lobster/squirrel/rabbit!

Disneyland horror story, hell yes. Or, you know, a normal one. Go for it!
