Actually, before I resized the image... it was most likely over the limit. The height of it was 400, and I forgot to resize it down to at least 300. XD So, it did have a pretty big scroll bar before I dropped the size of it. I was like "oh shit" and ended up racing back to fix it before a staff person noticed and disabled it on me. I thought it was the text making it like that at first, so I tried to fix it... then I checked the image's size to be on the safe side... and yeah. It's fixed now though. So like you said, it should and seems perfectly fine. ^w^
