I'm not really sure with this but the chaining is for the DPPt games, right? With the PokéRadar and all. I might try it on my spare time if you recommend it. :3 I've nabbed a few shinies from random encounters, too, but it's just a Pidgey on my Crystal and a Rattata on my HeartGold so I don't have much luck with it I suppose. I wish I got better Pokémon shinies, because although it's a great feeling to catch one, I reckon it's way more fulfilling to get more useful shiny Pokémon. Ones that can be viable party members in-game.

Can't remember whether Gold,or Blue was the first game I played. If Blue it was Charmander,if Gold it was Totodile.

Classical music is great but I often find it to be a bit lacking... I think it's mainly because there's not as wide a range of instruments/techniques that are used so the same things keep coming up again and again? But I do enjoy it too :D You should try listening to some of Muse's songs if you like classical, it's sort of a modern take on it :3
