indeed it has been. I've been fine, currently on month 3 of a six month deployment. found out right before i left that i have a baby on the way! finally got her pregnant lol. and i also found the sex of the baby last wednesday. it's a girl! haha. gonna be interesting. besides that, everything is as it was really. still working on discovery as you've seen, I'll send you a copy of what I've got so far (without any major changes to things like OWs and what not) so that you can look at it if you want.

Ugh that sucks re: your computer, definitely a major motivation killer. I'm not completely done with hacking myself but I definitely want a length break from it, kinda regretting saying that I'd get a new beta out by the end of 2016 because at this rate I likely won't haha.

I've mostly been spending my time on my computer binge watching something: I got through the entire CWverse (Arrow, The Flash, etc.) and am now getting through The Sopranos. With that going on though I hardly log on to any chatrooms really, and with IRC it's another program and so on so I rarely get around to it. I did drop in a few days ago but don't really have much to say because I'm not really doing anything haha.

Ohoho. The culinary field. Considering that I worked in resturants, the pastry field is pretty exciting. I see it as the more artistically based of the various Culinary degrees. I don't eat many desserts, but I do admire how they look. It's a great degree to jump into. c:

That sounds awful, we just apply for student loans for the course itself and for maintenance which is calculated by the government based on your household income (I'm at the lowest rung lmao so I get the most for that).

My first choice is the University of Bristol to study Computer Science, and my insurance (for if I don't get the AAA grades I need) is the same course at the University of Exeter.

Congrats on graduating! Applying to university here hasn't been so bad so far, just mailing off a few things like identity proof to get student finance and then choosing accommodation. Although I haven't started packing or whatever, not until I actually get my results lmao. Good luck with that, though!
